(Huntsville, AL – January 13, 2005) Responding to the needs of their worldwide customers, Schwarze Industries, Inc., is proud to announce the development of a Load Leveler Option for the M6000 model sweepers. This on-demand option allows even distribution of debris into the hopper.

This allows more usable capacity in the hopper and eliminates excessive wear on the chassis and increases productivity.

The Load Leveler can be retrofitted to any Schwarze Industries, Inc., M6000 Sweeper and maybe purchased through their extensive dealer network.

For maximum flexibility, the M6000 has a scissor-lift dumping system that offloads debris to the side of the sweeper at operator-determined heights ranging from as little as 16" to as high as 11'6" -- high enough to offload into a highway hauler with sideboards. Plus, because of its full-width 48" dump door, the M6000 doesn't have to be 'mirror-to-mirror' in order to dump to the center of a dump truck or trailer.

The Schwarze model M6000 is very easy to operate and is backed by customer support that is second-to-none. The sweeping system features a 58" main broom; squeegee-type elevator system; forward-facing, digger-type gutter brooms; and a 350-gallon dust suppression system.

Both single- and twin-engine configurations are mounted on a commercially-built chassis for operator comfort and ease of use. The combination of Schwarze's rugged design and engineering, coupled with the comfort of commercial chassis mounting, provides exceptional durability in a variety of applications.
